Macaque Genotype and Phenotype Database

What it does: Provides a searchable, annotated catalog of whole genome variants and genotype-level data of ~4,000 rhesus macaques.

Result(s): A public online database of sequenced rhesus macaques to support researchers in identifying exisitng or novel macaque models that mirror human diseases (Bimber et al., 2019)
